I National Report for Mexico's Voluntary Review, 2016.

The report was prepared based on the guidelines suggested in the two preparatory retreats for the NAP (https://sustainabledevelopment.un.org/hlpf ) held in February and April 2016. The Office of the Presidency of the Republic (OPR), actively participated in both, through the representation of the Deputy Directorate General for International Affairs of the Specialized Technical Committee of the SDGs. Taking into account the different format proposals that were presented in these preparatory sessions, Mexico used the German Guide to structure the national review (See Annex A).

The preparation of the report was carried out in a participatory environment, under the leadership of the RPO, who was able to convene various stakeholders to obtain relevant information to integrate the document. Thus, the views of government institutions, Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), academia, the legislative branch and the private sector, regarding the 2030 Agenda process one year after its adoption, were reflected throughout the text.

The report is only available in Spanish.
